Family series following the antics of Dickens’ Artful Dodger set in 1830’s London, starring Billy Jenkins, Christopher Eccleston, Ellie-May Sheridan, Aabay Ali, Connor Curren and Mila Lieu, plus additional cast David Threlfall, Alex Kingston, James Fleet, Anita Dobson and Lenny Rush.

Filming for specials episodes ‘Train’, ‘Christmas’ and ‘Bad Egg’ took place in 2022. Sets were built at The Bottle Yard including Fagin’s lair, Bill Sykes’s hovel, the ‘Fiddlers Arms’ pub, a toymaker’s shop, street exteriors, police cells, a No 10 Downing Street banqueting hall, train tunnel and carriage. Bristol Film Office supported the production team at a number of the city’s period settings including Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, Blaise Museum, Georgian House Museum, All Saints Lane and Clifton College.
