The Bottle Yard Studios is proud to have partnered with KIT4CREW, a new initiative launched by Real SFX and supported by BECTU and Cult Cymru, that is supporting the creative workforce with sustainable workwear by recycling top-quality professional items and making them accessible to crew that may need them.
We now have a number of KIT4CREW bins installed at the Studios, ready to receive donations.

What can be donated?
KIT4CREW is looking for the following items, which must be clean and of a good standard:
- Thermal jackets
- Waterproof clothing
- Thick jumpers
- New socks
- Wellies (with grips)
- Hats & pairs of gloves
- Trousers/leggings/etc….
- Thermals
- Gilets and any other outerwear clothing.
How does it work?
- Drop off your donations in the KIT4CREW bins
- Spread the word! Let your friends, colleagues, and fellow crew members know about our donation bins and how they can contribute or make use of KIT4CREW
- Together, we can make a difference with sustainable creative industries workwear.
How do I request items?
If for whatever reason you are in need of workwear (perhaps you’re starting out in the industry, or you’re on a tight budget) , you can access KIT4CREW and log your request in a number of ways:
- By scanning the QR code on the bin

- By speaking to a studio representative.
