Huge congratulations to our Site Director Fiona Francombe, who took home the Award for Outstanding Management and Leadership at this year’s Bristol Post & Bath Chronicle Women of the Year Awards on 9 March at Bristol Harbour Hotel.
The award, which was presented to Fiona by Mike Norton, Editor of The Bristol Post, recognises a female manager or leader who has demonstrated exceptional vision and leadership within a company in Bristol or Bath, and celebrates the leadership style that has helped lead their team to success.
Fiona says: “I’m immensely proud of what my team and I have achieved in the past six years. Every day I feel very lucky to be doing a job that I love in an industry that I’m passionate about. I get to work with a fantastic team who share that passion – their commitment and hard work has helped make The Bottle Yard Studios what it is today, so I share this award with them. And, of course, with Bristol City Council who gave us the opportunity and have supported us as we’ve grown. To have this acknowledgement from those outside the industry, from the wider Bristol community, is a great honour.”
